Modern School management reform under the new curriculum reform, China hasbecome an important part of education reform. Is the soul of a school principal, thedecisions and directing the management reform of the school, is a strategic factor in allaspects of school reform and comprehensive development. The overall quality level ofeducation, educational philosophy, leadership style, management skills and knowledgestructure determines the direction of the principal of the school, to promote theprofessional development of teachers, students’ overall progress as well as the overalldevelopment of education also plays a crucial important and decisive role. The purposeof the new curriculum reform is implemented by increasing the level of curriculum,improve teaching methods, in order to effectively improve the quality of school, andpromote the smooth conduct of the quality of education, improve the overall qualitylevel of all citizens and thus achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.Management reform a school, not only by educational facilities, teaching equipmenthardware condition limits, but also by the constraints of curriculum resources, faculty,and cultural environment and other software, but the key to success lies in the finalreform principals of management capacity, which is the whole core variables schoolmanagement reform and development is a key factor in the school’s new curriculumreform steadily. In this study,20middle school principals be investigated, selected100and vice president of the sample, using questionnaires and interviews on basic overviewsecondary school principals, as well as its daily management of the current status of theinvestigation management capabilities, pointed out the high school principalmanagement problems, related causes were analyzed from the concept level, theinstitutional level, the actual operational level, and for the lack of secondary schoolprincipals and problem management capabilities, from the administrative department ofeducation, the community and the president’s own corresponding proposed solvingstrategies and recommendations.
