Since 21 Centuries,the cause of education develop rapidly in China,class management in secondary school is facing more and more serious situation,class management becomes important work content to senior middle school head teacher.As the organizers of the class and coordinator of the students,how to carry out efficient class management work,is an important question for the head teacher.The reform and renewal of senior middle school education requires the head teacher to use the new educational ide to manage the class,and interact with middle school students in a new way.The personal quality and educational level of the class teacher in middle school need to improve constantly in the process of teaching reform,and implement the diversified class management strategy.This paper,on the themeof class management art to senior middle school head teacher in the New Course Reform background,has carried out a more in-depth discussion and analysis,with a view to bring some thinking and inspiration.This paper,used a questionnaire in Xingtai City W middle school,found that the class management individual,teaching management is one-sided and the class organization management random are the problems in the management of senior middle school class.The causes of these problems are the influence of traditional education concept,the exam-oriented education environment and the level of class manager management is not high.In view of the existing problems,we put forward the corresponding solution that is to play the main role of student cadres,improve the management level of class managers,and establish a sound class management system.
