At present,under the background of comprehensively implementing students' core qualities,primary schools are faced with the challenge of reform and development."Three-level management" endows schools with more management rights and responsibilities to develop,implement and evaluate courses independently.A good school curriculum management level can provide a strong impetus for the improvement of the level of primary school curriculum,help to improve teachers' curriculum awareness,and promote teachers' professional development;To help schools form their own characteristics;To meet the diverse development of students to provide possibilities.If the school curriculum management problems,it will affect the quality of the entire school curriculum and curriculum operation.However,from the perspective of curriculum management in primary schools,some achievements have been made.But there are some downsides.Therefore,this study is prepared to discuss and study from both theoretical and practical aspects,so as to provide a feasible path for the implementation of "three-level management" in primary schools.Based on clarifying the school curriculum management connotation,characteristic,meaning,content,on the basis of using the method of literature,investigation,analysis and other methods,select Y primary school leadership,teachers in chongqing as investigation object,generated from the school curriculum management,implementation management,evaluation of three dimensions,the purpose is to find the problems existing in the primary school curriculum management Y,and the reason analysis,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.Apart from the introduction,this paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the second chapter,mainly discusses the theory of elementary school curriculum management,the characteristics and management of the school curriculum content and so on,at the same time of elaborating the of elementary school curriculum management,implementation,management,evaluation management three dimensions are introduced and described,and construct the theoretical framework of the primary school curriculum management,for the second part of the primary school curriculum management practice of investigation and analysis and put forward to provide theoretical basis of the problem.The second part is the third chapter,the Y primary school in chongqing as an example of the elementary school as the scope of this study,using the method of questionnaire and interview of chongqing Y representative sampling questionnaire survey on primary school teachers,as well as the principal part,management personnel,teachers conducted in-depth interviews,a comprehensive understanding of the actual situation of the elementary school curriculum management,analysis of the problems the Y primary school curriculum management in chongqing mainly has three aspects: first,the "generativity","scientific" in the course to generate management is not enough;Second,the rigidity is obvious in the course implementation.Third,the management of curriculum evaluation is unreasonable,and put forward their own reasons.The third part is the fourth chapter,mainly in view of the second part of the primary school curriculum management problems and causes,effective school curriculum management for primary school put forward the corresponding countermeasures: focus on "generative" "scientific" in school curriculum management reflected;Enhance the "flexibility" in curriculum implementation;Pay attention to the "rationality" of curriculum evaluation management.
