With the advancement of curriculum reform in our country,curriculum management has become one of the important factors influencing the development of education.Middle school is the intermediate link between primary school and university.The success of secondary education has affected the development of this kind of education.Therefore,Is of great significance.I mainly through the following major part of the study.The first part is the introduction.This is mainly about the reason of curriculum management,the purpose and significance of curriculum management,the literature review of curriculum management and the author's research on the whole research,research ideas and research methods.The second part of the general secondary school curriculum management aspects of the theoretical study.At the same time,the author elaborates five factors such as the concept,the subject,the process,the content and the method of the general middle school,and elaborates the connotation of the general middle school as well as the curriculum management and the curriculum leadership.The third part is the empirical research on the implementation of curriculum management in Chongqing middle school.The main research method is the questionnaire survey and interview method,mainly through these two methods of Chongqing H secondary school curriculum management of the status quo of empirical research,found in the study,Chongqing H secondary school in management to meet the The development of the school,in-depth discussion,the school has the following questions: First,the implementation of the curriculum management concept is not thorough;Second,the subject of a relatively single curriculum management;Third,the content of the course management content;Fourth,the curriculum management process structural elements dysfunction;Fifth,the curriculum management methods more traditional single.The fourth part is about the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: First,implement the concept of scientific curriculum management,improve the initiative to implement the concept of curriculum management;Second,improve the subject of curriculum management,strengthen teachers to participate in curriculum management Strengthen the curriculum management process,so that the effective process of convergence;Fifth,the use of a wide range of curriculum management methods(such as the management ofthe curriculum management system,the management of organizational structure,to achieve the organizational structure of the flat;third is to enrich the content of curriculum management,broaden the scope of management.
