Junior High School Teachers' Work Time Management In The New Context Of Curriculum Reform Study

The main task of the new curriculum reform in the basic education is to develop every student to the utmost. To achieve this, the only evaluate method is to transfer the teaching method so as to transfer the learning method. During this course, the teachers will be facing great challenges of role changing. Therefore, as to the teachers, during their regular work time, how to arrange their time properly and how to adjust to these changes matter a lot.Nevertheless, when required to do this, teachers will make a common excuse "I am occupied with teaching." We wonder whether teachers can't arrange their time properly or the reform itself has got some problems. This article, based on the theories of time management, analyzing the principals in time management, tries to solve the problems in the new curriculum reform so that it can offer some suggestions to educational administrative departments and school leaders as well as the teachers. We use various ways to achieve this, for example, documentary analyze, questionnaire and interview. We've got enough data on notion, characteristics, principles and methods in teacher's working time arrangements. We set to analyze those new phenomena during the new curriculum reform, especially in their work time structure, length and density. We hope that education administrators, school leaders and teachers themselves can benefit a lot by finding out the problems and then setting to solve them, using the correct and evaluate methods.Time management is a new and long-term project in our new curriculum reform. In this ever-changing society, the administrators should concern working efficiency as well as everyone's needs and development so that they can achieve real, harmonious and long-term results.
