University Information Disclosure Evaluation Index System And Empirical Study

The construction of university information freedom evaluation system provides ascientific and reasonable evaluation template for information freedome. With thistemplate, we could evaluate the university information easily and impartially.The article is based on the research status and connotation of universityinformation freedom at home and abroad, then it makes the evaluation plan, it includesthe main object, evaluation object, evaluation purpose and evaluation standard. Throughthe investigation of experts, using the Delphi method to obtain the opinion on the indexsystem and the index weight of opinion from experts, then use the AHP of index scale tocalculate, finally the evaluation index and weight are founded, a more functional andcompleted index system is created. In order to verify the evaluation index system, weused the survey method to complete the empirical analysis. According to the results ofempirical research and analysis, we summed up the research problems and researchprospects.
