Talent Attraction In Xi'an Science And Technology Evaluation

Scientific and technological talents are the core of regional competitiveness, scientific and technological talents can provide cover if a region wants to keep unbeaten position in the fierce competition environment. Whether the region has the ability to gather science and technology talent resources often depends on whether the region has enough attraction to talents. Through data analysis and summary, this study discusses on the current human resources situation in Xi’an. Based on the related theory and international similar research results, this paper rearranges the concept of the attraction of scientific and technological talents from the related theory of talent attraction, and analyzes the present situation of the science and technology talent attraction and scientific and technological personnel requirements in Xi’an through the form of questionnaire survey. This paper also builds a complete evaluation index system of science and technology talent attraction in Xi’an region, and provides a realistic basis for the ultimate evaluation of science and technology talent attraction in Xi’an. Secondly, combining with the method of literature consulting, investigation and expert consultation, interview and questionnaire method and analytic hierarchy process, this paper standardizes the research data, makes evaluation based on the evaluation index system, and carries on the comparison and analysis of the index of science and technology talent attraction in Xi’an region in recent years. Through the comparison, analysis, and evaluation of numerical value, this paper puts forward a series of effective countermeasures and suggestions on improving science and technology talent attraction in Xi’an, and accelerating the development of regions in Xi’an.
