In recent years, with the rapid development of tourism, Qinling’s unique geographical location and natural beauty attract more and more tourists. However, natural disasters is frequent, particularly storm disasters, posing a threat to the development of tourism and tourists life, so do the tourists of risk perception assessment for Qinling storm disaster is particularly important. The index system of torrential rain disasters in tourists risk perception can reflect the lack of tourist visitors perceive the existence of storm disasters, and the risk perception differences between tourists. For tourists, attractions and local governments disaster risk reduction, improve tourism safety management, and provided auxiliary information for tourists’ travel decisions, travel behavioral choices and tourism cognitive. At the same time to develop contingency plans of disaster warning and service anti-(minus) disaster facility construction. Provide reference for local government disaster risk regulation, and improve natural disaster risk assessment and public safety research, to achieve harmony between man and the environment. In this paper, in the basis of relevant literature, reading a lot of information, in-depth interviews, the index system of torrential rain disasters in tourists risk perception was constructed by storm disaster knowledge, attitudes of storm disaster risks and behaviors of facing storm disaster risk. By Fuzzy AHP, MATLAB programming determine the weight of each index, And using a questionnaire survey converted the various indicators to the title. Through recovery, efficient and questionnaire conducted using SPSS reliability, validity analysis for qualitiing inspection of questionnaire.Researching the risk perception of tourists for Qinling storm disaster in this paper, The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Perfecting the index system of torrential rain disasters in tourists risk perceptionBased on the previous studies in this article, adding in-depth interviews, from the perspective of tourists summary way of they perceive risk, initially identified the index system of torrential rain disasters in tourists risk perception, and preparing the future research the differences of storm disaster risk perception.(2) Index system of the rationality testIn this paper, the implementation of the indicators using in the form of questionnaires. Selection of semi-structured questionnaire, listen to the views of tourists during the investigation, the questionnaire where tourists do not understand was revised. Seting both open-ended questions in the back of the questionnaire, and allowing visitors free to play and listen to tourists’suggestions for disaster prevention and mitigation. Provide a reference for developing disaster prevention and mitigation policies of scenic spots. For future large-scale research, the quality of this paper conducted a pre-survey questionnaire. The results showed that the recovery of pre-questionnaire is84.3%; effective rate is100%; Questionnaire overall Cronbach’s a is0.836and split-half reliability is0.743.In three dimensions, Cronbach’s a and split-half reliability is above0.7of rainstorm disaster knowledge, of attitudes of storm disaster risk, and of behaviors of storm disaster risk. The reliability of the questionnaire is good. Content validity of the questionnaire by consultation with relevant experts, scholars and reflecting of tourists think content validity is good. The questionnaire’s KMO is0.72by the Bartlett test of sphericity. And the factor loadings of each index is above0.4, so construct validity of the questionnaire is good. Above all this questionnaire survey can be used for future large-scale.(3) determine the index weightsBased on the index system to determine the weight of each index. On the index weight method, read a lot of literature, and queries related weight calculation method. In the past, determining the weights of the index system, most of the relevant literature using the analytic hierarchy process calculate the weights. In this paper, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process avoid the disadvantages of AHP, and at the same time optimize the fuzzy AHP. At last, using MATLAB programming make calculations both accurate and fast.By calculating the index weight, we can see a large degree of influence on which indicators visitors’ perception of risk and relatively small influence on which indicators visitors’perception of risk. For the storm disaster knowledge, attitudes storm disaster risk, storm disaster risk behaviors, in three dimensions rainstorm disasters affect risk perception of knowledge to visitors is maximum, and the weight is0.38. Second is the attitude storm of disaster risk, and the weight is0.33. finally is the behavior of storm disaster risk, and the weight is0.28.In the two indicators, visitors to understand the extent of the storm disaster type impact largest for risk perception in the knowledge of storm disaster, and the weight is0.1776. visitors to attitude attractions’ conditions and the relationship of rainstorms impact largest for risk perception in the attitudes of storm disaster risk, and the weight is0.2133. The acts which visitors can participate in the insurance reflect the greatest degree of risk perception in the behavior of storm disaster risk, and the weight is0.2820.(4) Tourists risk perceptionThrough issuing questionnaires to the Taibai Mountain National Forest Park, analyzing their perception of tourists, and showing tourists gender, age, occupation, education, and home disaster situation is different in different perception: Perception of women is stronger than men In sex; from strong to weak in age is15to24years old,45to64years old,25to44years old,14years old and under,65years old and above; In the career from strong to weak is the students, civil servants, farmers, freelance, workers, enterprise staff; Degree in education from strong to weak is undergraduate and post-secondary, master and below, high school, junior high school and below; On the disaster situation in the home from strong to weak is more torrential rain, general, little, andno.(5)Visitors rainstorm disaster risk perception and mitigation strategiesDifferences in risk perception based on visitors made government, scenic, tourist strengthening education efforts of storm disaster prevention and mitigation, and enhancing awareness of disaster prevention and mitigation, training disaster prevention and mitigation to improve the people’s perception of risk, and improve the effect of development and implementation of disaster prevention and mitigation strategies by the area and government.
