Based on the traditional project in Suzhou primary school extracurricular trainingof the track and field athletics situation and Countermeasures for the study.By using themethods of literature, questionnaire investigation, interview,mathematical statistics andlogical analysis and other research methods.Analysis and Research on the coaches andathletes in track and field, the traditional project in Suzhou primary school, the basicsituation of extracurricular training of the track and field status and security situationand its development countermeasures.As the traditional project in Suzhou primaryschool extracurricular training of the track and field athletics the healthy and orderlydevelopment, and provide a theoretical reference and practical reference to improve thescientific level of after class track and field training and sports reserve talent trainingquality.The results show:(1)There are19municipal traditional athletics in Suzhou primaryschool, distributed in4county-level cities and city2District, unbalanceddistribution.(2)Suzhou track and field tradition project primary school has clear perfectdeclaration, evaluation process.(3)Operation mode is divided into:dependent operationmode and the liaison office and sports team mode, the independent operationmode.(4)Coaches are part-time, larger workload.Few coaches participated in trainingopportunities.Most coaches have the awareness and ability of scientific research in some,a higher interest in coaching the track and field training, holds a positive attitude, hismotive is clear.(5)Coaches with experience as the main material.Athletes from arelatively simple.The project mainly to track, participate in the sprint training athletes more.(6)Most coaches to make the annual, stage, and course training plan, only13coaches to make the training plan of years.Most coaches can persist year-round training,training times and each time the training time to meet the relevant provisions.In training,only a small number of coaches on the comprehensive physical quality training. Mostcoaches uses continuous, repetitive, circulation and the intermittent trainingmethod.Nearly42%of the coaches often arrange psychological training, most coachespay attention to training, the vast majority of the athletes’ physical quality, technologyand performance has improved in different degree,also made a good score.Unfortunately,the school athletics each school held a small, does not meet the relevantrequirements.Athletes participating in each level of the game times low, especially inthe city, province, the fewer games.(7)Most of the athletes have a positive attitudetowards Extracurricular Training of track and field, can correct understanding oflearning and training, cultural achievements,.(8)Athletes’ teachers and parents on theextracurricular training of track and field work support rate is not very high, mostcoaches think the site equipment and funds to meet the training needs, but the athletesand coaches training grants can not guarantee.(9)In order to the healthy development ofthe Suzhou area primary school athletics traditional project school extracurriculartraining of track and field, put forward the Countermeasures of ’strengthening theUnited, expands the traditional school learning mode’,’strengthening the trainer troopconstruction, improve the level of training and choosing material ability’,’strengthen jobtraining, improve service levels and scientific research consciousness’,’appropriate load,improve the scientific level of training’,’the scientific material, personnel training toimprove success rate’,’comprehensive training plan, follow the flexible, easy operationprinciple’,’to strengthen their ideological education, establish a correct concept oflearning and training’,’expand the recruitment channels, to ensure students continuity’,’competition system diversification, to match acting practice’,’to increase the input offunds, optimizing the environment of training’,’pay attention to nutrition, pay attentionto the resumption of training’,’combination of social forces, promote after-school sportstraining development’,’tamp foundation, comprehensive physical quality and basic skills training to strengthen their’,’strengthen communication, give full play to the roleof family factors’ etc.
