In recent years, our country has achieved a historic breakthrough on thedevelopment of occupation education and cultivated hundreds of millions of skilledtalents. However, the occupation education face many problems with thedevelopment of occupation education, such as the difficulty of enrollment which hasbecome a bottleneck restricting the development of vocational school. Clearing thedevelopment trend of secondary vocational education scale in our country and findingout the existing problems of vocational graduates enrollment are the key to achievesustainable development, and meet the demant informetion resources market.Based on systematically summarizing relevant research results of enrollmentmotivation and enrollment strategy at home and abroad, TangShan, QingHuangdao,HeBei province6secondary vocational school freshman (grade one) are chose as theobject of study. From active enrollment motivation for the internal factor, externalfactor, the internal and external factors comparison,age difference, sex difference,professional difference, publicity, publicity attractive path conducted a questionnairesurvey and discussion and visit, this research achieves relevant data and conductstatistical analysis.The results show that respondents which are students in secondaryvocational school are lack of enrollment motivation and many shool are facingenrollment issues. In internal factors, students value the imparting of knowledge andskills and ability and in external factors, students mainly value employment prospects.Internal factors dominates. Age has an effect on enrollment motivation, but thegender has little effect. The school environment and employment prospectsare attractive elements of the most powerful recruitment.This study analyzes the present situation of the secondary vocational educationin our country. The study applicated the mathmatical analysis and the number ofsecondeary vocational education enrollment, students panel data in2008to2012,which were got form the ministry of education website. Though these ways,wecan predict that students only1177.48and the annual enrollment only506.304by 2015. As a result, we can’t implemented the goal in22.5million which was putforward by《National medium and long-term education reform and development planoutline (2010-2020). Facing this situation, this study aimed at secondary vocationalstudents enrollment motivation,combined with the exsiting research results at homeand abroad, proposed suggestion to strengthen secondary vocational enrollmentstratery. The suggestion include enhancing service capability strengthening socialpropaganda, introducing the mechanism of innovation,strengthening informationcommunication and conducting implementation of policy.
