Enrollment Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Secondary Vocational Schools In Shenyang

The in-depth reform in the occupation education system today,despite China's focus on the development of "people-oriented" the medium occupation education,but in recent years,the enrollment situation of medium occupation schools across the country increasingly optimistic,generally "recruitment difficult" phenomenon,has seriously affected the survival and development of secondary occupation school.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the reasons affecting the enrollment difficulties of secondary vocational schools,seeking solutions and effectively breaking through the difficult link of imports has become the focus of the current secondary vocational schools in China.In this paper,the enrollment of secondary vocational schools in Shenyang in 2017 as an example,the enrollment plan of the year totalling 36337 people,less than 4500 people in 2016.But there is a deep reason for the problem of recruiting students for one year more than one year.Therefore,this paper also makes a practical investigation and Research on the status of public secondary vocational schools in Shenyang,and carries out a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to the secondary vocational students.Through the adoption of the views and suggestions of a wide range of respondents,problems can be found more comprehensively and then more reasonable.It is found that the problems existing now admissions Shenyang city public secondary occupation school is mainly in five aspects: recruitment team quality is not high and unstable;reduce the number and quality;enrollment regional serious limitations;new high turnover rate,stable enrollment rate is low;lack of incentive system reflect their characteristics.And the reason behind it is because of a few points: for example,the original admissions staff has been unable to meet the enrollment work in the new period;high school enrollment rate in order to pursue and unwilling to cooperate;ideological and protection of local students;student enrollment increased selectivity;Zheng Cewen can be used less.And the research hope that through the analysis of these reasons,put forward the actual countermeasures to solve the problem of Shenyang public secondary vocational school enrolment.For example,to enhance the school own strength,strengthen vocational education policy propaganda;strengthen the admissions team construction,may be appropriate to introduce Third Party recruitment platform and approaches;broaden the educational channels,strengthen the occupation training and cooperation;Improving the strength of the teachers effectively control the students lost phenomenon,reflect their own characteristics to establish the enrollment system,establish the corresponding incentive enrollment policy.It is believed that these policies can ensure the sound and healthy development of secondary vocational education in Shenyang,strengthen the guidance and creation of public opinion,promote the cultural environment of vocational education development,and enhance the social awareness of the importance of vocational education.
