Education is prosperous and national education is strong.Secondary vocational education exports technical talents to the society and plays an important role in the entire education system.It is responsible for cultivating hundreds of millions of high-quality laborers and provides talent support for China's economic and social development.With the continuous improvement of China's industrialization,urbanization and modernization level,vocational education has sprung up in the social soil,and its important role is incalculable.It has increasingly become a national education system and a strategy for strengthening the country.An important part of the indispensable.Paradoxically,compared with the annual high school enrollment,the secondary vocational education in the post-development areas of Guangdong Province is in a weak position in the entire education system.The number of enrolled students in the post-development areas is decreasing year by year.The enrollment dilemma of declining quality has become the primary problem affecting the survival and development of secondary vocational schools.The article mainly uses questionnaires and field interviews to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the reasons for the difficulties in recruiting secondary vocational schools in Guangdong's post-development areas.Taking Huaiji Vocational School as a sample,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students of Huaiji Vocational School.According to the actual situation of the questionnaire,the students' status of the vocational school was analyzed.The teachers of the vocational school,recruitment staff and parents were also collected.Huaiji local enterprises conducted surveys and interviews,and obtained the quality of vocational education and teaching,the recognition of parents on vocational schools and the evaluation of local enterprises on vocational school graduates.On this basis,the development path of vocational education in post-development areas of Guangdong was explored,and some enrollment strategies suitable for post-development schools in Guangdong were proposed.The research on the countermeasures for the enrollment of secondary vocational schools in the post-development areas of Guangdong is conducive to providing talent support for the local characteristic economy,providing sufficient high-quality labor for the post-development areas of Guangdong Province to undertake industrial transfer in the Pearl River Delta,and contributing to the economic development of the county.The article mainly explores and explains the enrollment dilemma of secondary vocational schools in Guangdong post-development areas and the countermeasures through four chapters.The first chapter analyzes the important research of the new era of vocational education in the country and the problems that need to besolved.Significance;through the review of the status quo of research at home and abroad,the value of the research is put forward;and the research ideas and methods of the subject are clarified.The second chapter expounds the enrollment status of the post-development areas through the comparison of the secondary vocational education in the post-development areas of Guangdong with the developed regions.It also analyzes the enrollment of secondary vocational schools in the post-development areas from the level of secondary vocational schools,national policy,and economic and social level.The common cause of the dilemma.The third chapter takes Huaiji vocational school as an example to carry out investigation and research,through questionnaires for vocational school students;interviews with teachers,school leaders,parents,and local enterprises have obtained a large amount of first-hand information,and these materials are used separately.The enrollment and questionnaires were analyzed in detail,including the decline in the proportion of enrollment and the number of students,the decline in the quality of students and the increase in the number of students dropping out of school,the insufficient use of enrollment policies,and the inadequacy of the original advantages of county-level vocational schools.The specific factors that cause the dilemma of recruiting vocational schools.The fourth chapter is based on the reasons and investigation data of Huaiji vocational school enrollment dilemma,and combined with the situation of Huaiji County,it puts forward some measures suitable for recruiting vocational school enrollment: do a good job in the top design of enrollment work and improve enrollment work.Effective;relying on local economic characteristics to optimize professional settings,improve the attractiveness of enrollment;improve the quality of training and employment,promote enrollment;strive for social and government support,improve enrollment;increase publicity,polish school cards,attract students,etc.The enrollment work countermeasures provide a certain reference for the secondary vocational schools in Guangdong's post-development areas to crack the enrollment dilemma.The article takes the vocational school enrollment dilemma in the post-development areas of the developed provinces in Guangdong Province as the research object,and proposes some feasible strategies for how to break through the enrollment dilemma in the county-level vocational schools in the post-development areas.The innovative propaganda methods of vocational schools in post-development areas mentioned in the article;the need to open specialties in combination with the local economy is the innovation of this article.The article strives to get rid of the enrollment dilemma for the vocational school and make a certain contribution to the road of sustainable development.
