A. new round of high school new curriculum reform in the boom of BaGui land to carry out. As an sample of effective education pilot and new curriculum reform experimental schools in Guangxi, the effective classroom is carrying out with colorful. The foundation of Rural high school students is poor, self-educated ability and the ability to accept is specially bad. They like information technology courses, because in the class they can play games, listen to music, chat on QQ, watch video secretly. But they don’t want to learn about the basic knowledge and skills of information technology. They can’t use computer correctly and lack of the exploring ability and creative spirit. And the equipment and hardware in ordinary high schools which lie in less developed areas of rural are out-of-date and renewed slowly. According to the characteristics of the students and schools, this article mainly deal with the problems in rural high school information technology classroom through the literature research, comparative study method, experimental method, interview and questionnaire method, case study method and other methods. Adhere to the idea of"comprehensive analysis, accurate positioning, the key breakthrough, comprehensive promotion", try to explore the independent, effective, efficient dynamic information technology class teaching. Strengthen the "study after case study, learn teaching","students to learn teaching","earnestly, pragmatic"the teaching idea, embarks from the transformation of the mode of teachers’ teaching. Promote the students to change the way of learning, and cultivate students’ ability of independent inquiry and cooperative learning, to improve the learning efficiency, realize the real "efficient" class.Because the reform and research of Guangxi rural high school information technology new curriculum iare still in its infancy, there is little literature and experience we can draw lessons from. What’s more,the actual model and related literature on efficient classroom which is suitable to the rural high school information technology class are even more scarce.This research used the classes of2015in Guangxi YiZhouShi Experimental High School, which mainly focus on the practice of information technology and efficient classroom. The practice contents include: the construction of a reasonable study group according to the characteristics of the students in the class; train the monitor, the study leader, disciplines the heads of all kinds of personnel related; Grasp the learning situation of students, well-written suitable and practical guide case for students to guide the independent teaching and inquiry learning; Careful organization of classroom teaching, grasp\"directed, self-study, discussion, answering questions, self-test, the knot\" six links; Insist on using appropriate evaluation and the process of the unification of evaluation standard, in order to promote the common development of all students in-depth development and information technology and efficient classroom teaching practice, and so on. Through practice, research and summarize, it can be summed up:in the information technology class adhere to\’the pursuit of a goal, two kinds of ability, to speed up the three transformation, using four case teaching, and prepared to five, the implementation of six link\" as a guide, ready to\"learn to learn, build team, do a good job in training, case study, organize class, insist on process evaluation and unified evaluation standard\"the seven steps, to realize the efficient of information technology class. To realize the efficient of ordinary high school information technology classroom, depends on three key problems:one is whether to suit the students’ actual learning case;two is to organize students to preview is in place; Three is whether the training of students spend full time. If these three aspects we all can do it, so, our classroom must be efficient.
