Currently,China is in a period of social transformation,with intertwined social and interest relationships.The rapidly developing social environment has also brought about significant changes in life,which not only profoundly affects students’ ways of thinking,moral standards,value orientations,and external responsibilities of the social environment.To carry out social work in schools is to integrate the existing theories,values,and concepts of social work in universities.Provide methods to provide various special services for special groups in schools,help schools improve unfavorable situations,and enable students to grow healthily and complete their studies,in order to achieve the purpose of education.The independent learning mode of the new curriculum reform is developed from the traditional education mode.The traditional teaching mode takes teachers as the core position,and the transformation into the independent learning mode of the new curriculum reform is a student-centered idea.The new curriculum reform focuses on student-centered self-directed learning,reflecting students’ subjectivity in teaching,stimulating their creative thinking,allowing them to develop independently in learning,cultivating their awareness of self-directed learning,and improving their self-directed learning ability.The autonomous learning mode of the new curriculum reform is gradually improved through continuous exploration and practice in comparison and reflection on traditional teaching modes.This article aims to improve students’ autonomous learning ability under the new curriculum reform’s autonomous learning mode.Firstly,using literature and interviews with students,teachers,and parents,the current situation of the new curriculum reform’s autonomous learning mode improving students’ autonomous learning ability is analyzed.A questionnaire survey is conducted among the selected group members to analyze the unclear learning goals of students in the new curriculum reform’s improvement of students’ autonomous learning ability Discuss issues such as the unadaptability of the new curriculum reform’s autonomous learning model,weak disciplinary foundation,and lack of initiative in interpersonal communication skills.In response to these issues,the article uses social support theory,advantage perspective theory,and group activity methods to conduct research from the perspectives of individual students,families,schools,and society.Research has shown that group work intervention in the new curriculum reform’s autonomous learning mode is feasible in improving students’ autonomous learning ability,and plays an important role in social work intervention in improving students’ autonomous learning ability.Then,through the intervention of group activities,propose strategies and suggestions for improving students’ autonomous learning ability through the new curriculum reform’s autonomous learning mode.The suggestions proposed include guiding students to develop learning goals and plans,strengthening self-regulation in the process of self-directed learning,encouraging students to reflect and self-evaluate,emphasizing the role of role models and adopting diversified evaluations.Finally,there is a summary and outlook of the research.After analyzing the problems and reasons that have arisen in improving the current situation of autonomous learning through the new curriculum reform,a summary of this study is drawn and future research directions are proposed. |
