With the rapid development of information society and the continuous deepening of educational reform, the curriculum standards in information technology have changed a lot. Traditional teaching has been unable to adapt to the changing times, and can not meet the new curriculum standards. IT teaching reform and innovative teaching model have become IT education urgent problem. While in basic education course the new teaching modes are varied, the theme-inquiry teaching model is one of the great learning and teaching organization pattern. The theme-inquiry teaching model under the network environment is based on a network for the exchange platform, the resources platform and the cognitive tools. This model makes the theme become the learning arm and let students complete the task of teaching by learning activities. The teaching model in IT courses can increase students’interest and positive attitude, improve their cooperation and communication skills, make them be able to complete the task by self-exploration and cooperation under the guidance of teachers.This study adopts literature research, education experiment method, questionnaire method, action research method, to Yuanji senior middle school of Zhejiang Haiyan as investigation object, and to explore the influence of students’ interest and attitude, the cooperation and communication ability, and the acquisition of knowledge, to discuss the problem existing in the practical teaching process, thereby improving and correcting the teaching mode, making it be used better in practice, and popularizing the teaching mode. It can help educational researchers and teachers understand the teaching mode, provide the theoretical value and practical significance for the future related research, and offer the application of the teaching mode some reference.In the experiment the author set the experimental class and the comparative class, and the experimental class uses the theme-inquiry teaching model under the network environment, students work in cooperation with complete "T-shirts of Yuanji " the production and display of AI, while the comparative class uses regular teaching. With the theme-inquiry teaching model under the network environment, the experimental class cooperation within the two groups before and after mutual communication scale; Interested in experimental classes and that in comparative classes for learning attitude, responsibility questionnaire before and after the test. By a unit of study, the experimental results show that through the theme-inquiry teaching model under the network environment in the application of high school information technology, the application of student interest in learning, cooperation and exchange of information technology ability have been improved.
