A senior high school theme class meeting is an educational management activity for high school students.With the rapid development of technology and the approaching of the network age,senior high school education management is faced with great challenges and opportunities.On the one hand,the network has changed the educational management environment,broken the space-time limit of the thematic class meeting,and provided abundant resources for the theme class meeting.Its open and free nature contributes to an equal talk between teachers and students as well as the main role of students.On the other hand,the rapid spread of internet information makes it difficult for teachers to adjust to a new teaching environment and increase the difficulty of developing a theme class meeting.Therefore,this essay is going to show readers the current situation of developing a theme class meeting under the network environment and on the basis of that,practical improving strategies will be put forward,which can have great effects on the research of class management.A theme class meeting is a class activity with a main theme designed by teachers and students.It is conducted under the leadership of the teacher and students are playing a main role in such an activity.Compared to the traditional theme class meeting,the theme class meeting in network environment has its own advanced advantages.Its contents and themes are more updated,various kinds of theme class meeting,more interaction and participation of students and teacher.Therefore,the educational function of theme class meeting can be fully accomplished.In this essay,the author combining the theory of communication by Habermas,the theory of moral cognition by Colberg and the theory of social learning by Bandura,a questionnaire has been done among the students of the author's working school,which shows many problems of high school theme class meetings,such as low participation of students,simple and unitary forming of theme class meetings,random management,outdated contents and class themes as well as low interaction between teachers and students.The problems mentioned above are mainly caused by a lack of attention and practical management from schools and teachers as well as teachers' low sensibility to internet environment.On the basis of the problems and discussion above,three improving strategies are concluded as follows.First,with the help of network,increase the variety of a theme class meeting,making education function more effective.Second,on the basis of network,standardize the procedures of a theme class meeting,making it more effective.Third,making full use of the strength of the network,the principle status of students and the leadership of the teachers will be given full play to.The research and improving strategies make great sense to promoting the function of a theme class meeting and providing a concrete reference for the author's educational work.Because of the limit of time and ability,the essay may not be perfect but may be improved afterwards.
