With the new curriculum reform of basic education, the middle school information technology curriculum has been changed from the simple computer skills training into the training of information literacy of College students. In the information technology classroom in order to help the students master the basic knowledge and develop a flexible high-level thinking skills, problem solving skills and the ability of autonomous learning,problem based on learning and teaching has become the focus of thefurther study of the classroom teaching reform.In this paper, through a large number of literature, expounds the theory basis of problem driven strategy, and on this basis, design the questionnaire,280students in two senior high schools in Hengshui weredriven questionnaire survey method, the design problem of inclusion driven strategy in the implementation of classroom teaching in the process ofpreparation of the five aspects of strategy, the main teaching strategies,teaching strategies, classroom management behavior strategies andevaluation strategies of classroom teaching.Through the questionnaire survey results, we found that:most of the information technology teachers have realized the importance of problemdriven strategies, but there are still some problems in the aspects of classroom teaching, such as:information technology teachers in the use of materials according to the area and the differences in the level of studentsin teaching material processing consciousness is not strong; the teacherbecause of time or not tissue causes to discuss the behavior effect is not ideal; the teacher sometimes ignore the teaching environment attractive to students; teachers guide to participate actively in the classroom to do is not enough; teachers’ over emphasis on standardized tests, while ignoring theclassroom assessment, resulting in the evaluation process and the teaching process is separated from the.In view of the existing problems in current application driven in policysuggestions, namely: the development of textbooks again,"network platform" to promote discussion, create teaching situation, stimulate students’ learning motivation,"Relaxation" against unhealthy tendencies,focusing on the process of teaching evaluation. And finally for theapplication of information technology classroom problem driven strategy provide a reference.
