During the interaction between teachers and students, the words which the teacher used to evaluate the students is one of the most important explicit ways. In this study, the theory of symbolic interaction and the experience of life was applied.The text analysis was used as the main research method in this study. The data of teacher’s comments in different periods were systematically analyzed. The changing characteristics of teachers’comments in different period of time was summarized. Firstly, the teachers’comments in different periods of time were analyzed and studied. It was found that the comment conceals the teacher’s expectation thus it was endowed with the significance of education. Due to the expectation, the students can recognize themselves again during the interaction between teachers and students and change themselves (e.g. learning habits, personality, communication skills etc.) with the expectation from the teachers. Therefore, the teacher’s expectation in the comments causes the resonation between the teachers and students.Secondly, comparing with the traditional evaluation, this study found teacher’s evaluation based on the experimental activities of subjectivity education helps to restore the students. During the experimental activities of subjectivity education, the teacher give feedbacks of the student’s performance in a period of time in the development manual of quality. The evaluation index was diverse in the process of evaluation. The itemized evaluation was used rather than conventional evaluation based on the performance of one examination. For the new evaluation based on the comments of subjectivity education, the method of agreement and encouragement was used thus the application of the effect of expectation is possible. Then the research method of life experience was applied in this paper. The recognition and change of two students by the teacher’s comments was analyzed.Last, with the institutionalization of new comments, new problems has occurred in the process of application of comments. In the process of questionnaire and interview, it was found that the application of new comments was over used. The content of the evaluation is solidified. There is a gap between the expectation from the students and the comment of the teacher. The critical introspection regarding with the subjectivity education and new comments of teacher was given and the personal opinion was proposed.
