The occupational expectation is the desirousness of certain kind of job and is the career attitude and career belief of individuals. What kind of job a graduate choosing is always determined by his (her) occupational expectation. It is very important to study on the occupational expectation of the undergraduates, for it can help them to make a scientific career planning and help them to become useful persons and can also facilitate the all-round development of them. The paper investigates the development characteristics of occupational expectation, social support and personal evaluation and analyzes the relationship among them based on the data of questionnaire for 322 college students of 2007 in Northeast Normal University and Anshan Normal College.The results show:1 Most of the students felt that their employment prospects is preferably. Science students make a better assessment than students majored in the humanities , arts and sports. Employment prospects of a positive correlation with the professional satisfaction, the higher the satisfaction of the professional students that the better their employment prospects.2 Normal school graduates is still preferred to choose school for the employment units. According to occupational expectation project scheduling, students are apt to choose stability , low risk and a good benefits's job. Art students in the choice of employment units demonstrate that greater flexibility and challenge in it .3 Students in the course of careers that can play its most important, both self-development and stable welfare considerations factors, factors that prestigious position is not important. The awareness of career professionals of student is watering down and the opportunity for future study is focus in the process of choosing job.4 As to self-evaluation of the occupational expectation is a significant factor for the development of Self. For boys and girls, there was significant differences in self-evaluation. Student leaders are highness than ordinary students in self-evaluation, Most student leaders on the employment prospects of "good" evaluation. 5 The level of social support factor is a significant factor for stability and welfare status of occupational expectation. Social environment, family background has a direct impact on the occupational expectation. The leader's experience of students and the social support to support a significant positive correlation.
