The Study On The Consistency Of The Physical Examination Papers Using The Policy Of Independent Proposition In The University Entrance Exam And The Curriculum Standard Of The Physics In Ordinary High School

This paper selected physical examination papers or the physical part of the science comprehensive test papers of some provinces or some municipality cities in the university entrance exam and researched consistency of these Papers with Curriculum standard. First, I use the stratified sampling to sample the test papers by 50%. In the end of the college entrance examination in 2015,our country had 12 provinces or municipality cities using the policy of independent proposition. So finally we had 18 samples. Second, according to the content of science and scientific inquiry analyze the consistency of samples and The curriculum standard of physics in ordinary high school( Referred to Curriculum standard).For scientific content, according to the SEC model, we coded the samples and Curriculum standard. And using the formula of Porter calculated the coefficient of consistency. For scientific inquiry, not only considering the physical experiments and scientific inquiry belonging to Curriculum standard, but also considering them these don’t belong to Curriculum standard. Then, according to the scientific inquiry and the key factors of inquiry activities,we made a two-dimensional matrix, And we coded the scientific inquiry and Curriculum standard.If a examination paper include all key factors of inquiry activities, we think the examination paper is the best one. So when we study the consistency, we just consider the key factors of inquiry activities. Because the process of calculating the reference of the absolute consistency about samples and Curriculum standard is very complex, we just compare the relative consistency according to same year or same region. Finally according to the view of the different regions in the same year and the same region in different year,we analyze consistency of the samples and Curriculum standard.
