With the deepening of the western development strategy, the state vigorously construction in the western region of the national higher education, preparatory education as an important part of national higher education, is the Chinese government to ensure that minority students complete higher education by an assurance of education opportunity fair legal policy. The preparatory education personnel training mode is reasonable or not is decided to the core element of the national higher education personnel training quality high and low, it is directly related to ethnic students in preparatory can effective connection between education and undergraduate education, this paper through the questionnaire for Qinghai normal university personnel training mode, supplement the theoretical foundation of the ethnic pre-college education in higher education in our country, studies the current situation of the personnel training mode, the existence question, the analysis reason and for other ethnic pre-college education in colleges and universities in Qinghai province and other minority areas provides Suggestions for better development of preparatory college education; This paper adopts the research method is to use literature method, interview method, questionnaire method, Qinghai normal university of Minority Preparatory Education2013grade four classes out questionnaires, using the excel table data statistics and graph drawing.Qinghai normal university preparatory students mainly comes from the Tibetan culture and Tibetan Buddhism centered with Islam as the center of the hui culture, students downward trend year by year in recent years, in2013the number of each class remained at about48. Their respective schools curriculum satisfied, in which the number of students are satisfied with the course accounted for54%; But not satisfied to the teachers’ teaching level, preparatory teacher’s teaching effect of thought good accounted for45%; For the courses that are hard for the ease of easy to moderate (67%), Minority Preparatory Education courses is in accordance with the provisions of the national department of curriculum, and the characteristics of the high school curriculum is essentially the same; Most students of the university entrance exam in the two above, but are added on minority subsidies points after2, but the overall quality of students come from or gets better year by year, and after a year of preparatory students graduation rates as high as100%.As a whole, Qinghai normal university personnel training mode of every aspect of the set is in line with the needs of the development of students, but with the continuous development of the economy puts forward new requirements to education, Qinghai normal university in talent introduction, personnel training target, curriculum, especially the teacher’s teaching methods have some shortcomings and deficiencies, aimed at these deficiencies on the basis of drawing on the successful experience of other colleges and universities put forward constructive Suggestions.
