Construction Accountability Mechanism Educational Supervision Process

The establish of educational supervision system is an important guarantee onrealizing the educational objection of basic all-people education. Our country’s short-term and long-term educational development outline points out: strengthen educationalsupervision， improve educational system of accountability. As critical educationalsystem，the amplifying of educational system of accountability is the core content of ourcountry’s educational reform. This paper is searching for the subject of educationalsupervision in Dalian， the content of related accountability， the current accountabilityeducational policy and rules as well as the construction of accountability system duringthe process of supervision in Dalian. We find that the current educational supervisionpolicy has the following problems. First， the supervision organization is lack ofindependence. second， there are no professional supervisor. Third， there exits ashortage of the related educational policy and rules. At the same time， based on latesteducational theory and related theory abroad，make a deep research on the critical pointsduring the process of educational accountability. We analyze the reason from theperspective of the organization of staff and system. At the same time, we propose Dalianpractical methods of implementation on educational supervision system in both stafforganization and system.
