Education supervision is an important way of education administration,an important link in the evaluation of school education and teacher management,and an effective way for the government to guide and promote education work.Strengthening the management of educational supervisors is an important guarantee for educational supervision.Education supervision personnel management is divided into higher education supervision team management and basic education supervision team management.Because the basic education supervisors at district and county level undertake more specific tasks,their quality and level are directly related to the effectiveness of the supervision work.Therefore,this paper focuses on the management of basic education supervisors in jingxiu district of baoding city.Through the investigation on the management of education supervisors in jingxiu district,Based on the analysis of the management system,selection method,personnel allocation,personnel training,personnel responsibility,personnel assessment mechanism and work effect of educational supervisors in jingxiu district,Baoding jingxiu district has made many achievements in the management of educational supervisors,such as the gradual improvement of the management system of educational supervisors,the gradual expansion of the supervision team,and the orderly progress of the supervision work.However,there are also a series of problems,such as improper selection of educational supervisors,unreasonable composition of educational supervisors,delayed learning and training of educational supervisors,irregular working procedures of educational supervisors,low satisfaction with the treatment of educational supervisors,and inadequate evaluation and assessment of educational supervisors.Analyze the causes of many problems in the management of educational supervisors in jingxiu district,baoding city.It is mainly due to the unclear understanding of the nature of the supervision work and the insufficient subjective initiative of the supervisors,the lack of independence of the supervision organization under the existing system,the insufficient funds for supervision and the imperfect training mechanism,the poor management system of the supervision organization,and the unclear management guidance and needs of the supervisors.Aiming at the above problems,to optimize the management of education supervisors in jingxiu district of baoding,to standardize the selection of supervisors in jingxiu district of baoding city,gradually realize the independent establishment of supervision institutions,implement training funds,improve the training mechanism,improve the supervision staff research in advance,guidance and strengthen the results of the work procedures,improve the remuneration to enhance the enthusiasm of the supervision staff,build a scientific management mechanism for the supervision team,to promote the construction of evaluation.Finally,it will further improve the level of education development and reform in jingxiu district,and provide ideas and reference for the extensive discussion on how to strengthen the management of county education supervisors.
