Education supervision system is an important part of education management,and plays a role of supervision,inspection,evaluation and guidance for school education.With the continuous improvement of our country's economic development and education level,the people put forward higher requirements for the existing education quality.In order to solve the contradiction between the people's demand for quality education and the unbalanced supply of quality education at present,improving the quality of education has become an unremitting pursuit.The improvement of education quality can not be separated from the efficient education management model.Promote the efficient operation of education management,education supervision has become an indispensable choice.As an important part of the education supervision system,district and county-level education supervision has made important contributions to the balanced development of education in districts and counties,improved the quality and level of education,and promoted the reform and development of education in districts and counties.District and county-level education supervision has taken root.Direct supervision of first-line schools.Therefore,the quality of education supervision at district and county level also determines the quality and level of education in the whole country to a certain extent.After literature analysis and reference,we see that the academic community has more research on education supervision work at the national and provincial levels,and less research on education supervision work at the grassroots level.Under this background,this paper adopts methods such as literature method,interview method and case study method,and takes district and county education supervision as the research object,and Zibo G education supervision work as a case study.From the aspect of supervision system,team,evaluation and application,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the status quo of educationsupervision in G district.There are five parts in this thesis: The first part is the introduction,the background,research content and method of the paper,and the current research situation at home and abroad;The second part expounds the overall situation of education supervision at the district and county level in China,highlights the historical development process of education supervision at the district and county levels in China,and,on the basis of consulting and studying the relevant national education supervision policies and regulations,makes up the elements of education supervision at the district and county levels.Including supervision organization,supervision content and supervision personnel to conduct analysis;The third part summarizes the current situation of education supervision in zibo g district,which mainly includes the education supervision organization,supervision content and supervision team in the G district.Through investigation and interviews,it is found that the problems in education supervision work mainly have the following aspects:(1)The lack of understanding of education supervision work.(2)The education supervision team is weak and the development of specialization lags behind.(3)The supervision and evaluation process lacks effectiveness.(4)the application of the results of supervision and evaluation is not effective;The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the problems in G area in the process of education supervision.It can be summarized as follows: insufficient attention,lack of system protection,and unclear nature and status of supervision institutions;The supervision of admission,training and assessment mechanism is not perfect,and the supervision institution ignores its own construction;Lack of scientific and humanistic supervision and assessment;The fifth part analyzes the existing problems and causes in the G area,and puts forward suggestions for the reform and development of education supervision in the districts and counties:(1)Establish and improve institutional mechanisms and establish a veritable education supervision agency.(2)Strengthening the construction of supervision teams and establishing a combination of professional,authoritative and part-time supervision teams.(3)Improving the supervision and evaluation system and innovating the supervision and evaluation system.(4)Involve social forces.(5)Promote the integration of supervision and informatization.
