It is hard to imagine without cooperation. Cooperation is in study of the expansion and extension to the cooperative learning. Positive interdependence is not only the core element of cooperative learning, but also important reference which tests and measures the effectiveness of cooperative learning.Resource interdependence, is an important type of positive interdependence, and is also an important way to realize the positive interdependence. However, when we entered the high school ideological and political class, realizing a lot of problems, focusing on the present situation of the resources interdependence in the point of view to the practice. Due to lacking of the teachers’ comprehensive understanding factors to cooperative learning, which leds to the implementation of cooperative learning to stay on the surface including manifestation the cooperative learning in for some fixed steps of loyalty, positive interdependence of digging in the cooperative learning is not deep, Ignorance the importance of positive interdependence and the effectiveness of the operation to the resource interdependence. Cooperation depth depends on the student information (material) between the degree of mutual exchange for cooperative learning. No learning resource sharing, there can be no real cooperation, learning is competition and personal. The structure method to Kagan is an important cooperative learning method, which is strong maneuverability, for effective organizational resources interdependence has important significance. We combine high school ideological and political teaching is helpful to further cooperation to study positive interdependence theory research, enrich the teaching method.This study adopts the research methods of literature research, classroom observation and questionnaire research method and so on. Mainly from the following several parts to try and discuss the problems related this study.The first part, according to the research background of this study, pointed out the research angle of view, Putted forward the problem of implementation of cooperative learning in high school ideological and political class, to cause to reflect on factors of cooperative learning through combing the literature knowledge in the form of layers of progressive cooperative learning, positive interdependence and the mutual relations between and among resource interdependence,and studying the basic train of thought. This section enriched the research methods and main points of this study.In the second part, starting from the concept of cooperative learning, positive interdependence respectively, found the internal relations between them, to highlight the unique status and role in the cooperative learning of positive interdependence. We also analyze significance of positive interdependence of the high school thought political lesson, Deep the importance of positive interdependence in the high school ideological and political class. This part is closely related to the third part, a connecting link between the preceding and the following to the resource interdependence of positive interdependence.In the third part, first of all clarify Resource interdependence is not only the important positive interdependence, type, and is also an important way to realize the positive interdependence.. Pointing out the related research of resource interdependence to have a whole understanding. Secondly, by analyzing the connotation of resource interdependence, and refined, points out that communication is an important means of resource interdependence, the purpose is to promote students to share. While sharing and sharing requires students in the process of information exchange rules is established. Finally, through questionnaires and classroom observation of the students’ communication, then explain the rules is the important guarantee of students effective communication.In the fourth part, mainly discusses the way of teaching in High School Ideological and Political Course. By Kagan structure method content and value, demonstrates the structure method in High School Ideological and Political Course the feasibility of resource interdependence, and thus lay a foundation for the use of cooperative learning in High School Ideological and Political Course. Then, through to discussions and classroom answer way of design, to change the way students discuss and answer to organize resource interdependence, for High School Ideological and Political Course organizational resources interdependence, providing reference for the teaching.The last part is end of this study, we summarize the main work and ideas, rethink and look forward to the research.
