Hence, investigation of communications and cooperations between the teachers in charge and parents are important for the management of the primary school education, especially for the teachers in charge, which also has great value for social development.Himself from the teacher in charge the communication with parents as the breakthrough’point, on the basis of theory of literature analysis, to HuaYing Foreign Language School of Guangzhou as a case study, the purpose is to communicate in theory can enrich cooperation related theory, for the further development of communication and cooperation theory to make a certain contribution, make the study of the theory of the primary school class teacher and parent effective communication and cooperation on the basis of practice has been further supplement and implement, is also effective for primary school teacher and parents communication and cooperation to provide certain theory reference, as the beneficial supplement; In practice, through to the elementary school teacher and parent communicate effectively cooperation investigation and study, the purpose is to provide practical guidance for the practice of the teacher in charge with parents, so the practical value is more outstanding, help primary school teacher in charge to solve practical problems arising from the class management, to solve some problems between education theory and education practice, the teacher in charge in your own practice can better became the leader of class, and organizers, educators also helps parents to guide their children’s education and scientific management work. This research adopts the methods are:literature method, survey method, observation method and comparative research.
