| The school and the family must work together to make full use of each other’s various educational resources to implement the comprehensive development of young children education. But the reality is that the policy and regulations of our country school cooperation are not yet perfect. The organization of the school cooperation is not perfect. The cooperation between the school and the family is seriously lagging behind, even some parents and teachers’ education concept have different thoughts. The co-culture consciousness between family and school is not so strong; and the content of home-school cooperation is narrow and the depth is not enough; home-school communication has the single channel and lack of continuity, these factors have seriously affected the development of our country’s school-home cooperation.The author investigates the present situation of home-school cooperation by reading a lot of literature searches at home and abroad about the home-school cooperation policies and regulations, parents and school cooperation, questionnaires, interviews and other methods in a primary school in Chaoyang City. In this paper, we discuss the effective cooperation strategy of the family-school through four main parts, and based on an example. In the first part, the author introduces the introduction of home-school cooperation. The second part is the questionnaire’s data statistics and analysis. The next step is according to the data provided by the questionnaire analysis to propose the solution strategy, it can promote the study of home school interaction strategy.This paper points the problems existed in a primary school home-school cooperation for reference, and provides some theoretical support for teachers who work in school. It can become a operation paradigm and template for the primary school teachers who will work in a primary. |
