The new standard of lessons proposed the aim of combing the knowledge and skills process and method, emotion and attitude with trinity. As the development of curricular reform, the way of teaching physics in senior high school has a great changed. Pays more attention to the way of students’studying and whether it has effects on that. However, the most direct way to judge the level of students learning physical and improving the grade of it. I bravely bring a new teaching model---Exercise Introduction into my physics class from the enlightenment of Class Introduction. In this way, students can experience the process cooperation, discovery, thinking and inquiry and transfer the abstract thinking into vividly language to express. Meanwhile, it requires students think twice after class. The way of teaching can develop the students many kinds of abilities and encourage students to become the subject of learning. Further more, it can improve the students’interest of learning physics.This passage includes five chapters, it describes from raising of topics, aim of research, situation of research and other relevant theories. Meanwhile, it has a reasonable conclusion from the mean imagination, teaching process and teaching experience of their "problem interpretation and reflection" organizing the teaching activities of "problem interpretation and reflection" can improve the students’abilities of recognize, and promote the cooperative awareness teachers and students, students and students. It’s an effective teaching method and has strong vitality.
