In the teaching of physics exercises,reflection after problem solving is an important part of the problem solving process.Problem solving reflection not only enables students to understand basic physics concepts,but also improves students’ problem-solving skills and thinking abilities through reflection on the problem-solving process and conclusions.However,in practical teaching,problem solving reflection is the most easily overlooked point.Both teachers and students are deeply involved in the "problem sea battle",and usually do not plan the problem solving reflection activity within the problem solving activity.Moreover,students do not have sufficient awareness or habits of problem solving reflection,nor do they know how to reflect after problem solving,and to a large extent,they usually lack professional guidance and exercise.Therefore,it is worth paying attention to and having practical significance to cultivate the reflective ability to solve problems in the teaching of physics exercises in senior high schools.In order to cultivate senior high school students’ reflective ability in problem solving,this study mainly conducts research from both theoretical and practical aspects.First of all,through literature analysis,I will sort out relevant research on problem-solving reflection at home and abroad,sort out the connotation,current situation,and influencing factors of problem-solving reflection ability,and clarify the internal relationship between problem-solving reflection and high school physics exercise teaching.This paper theoretically discusses the cultivation of reflective ability in problem solving in senior high school exercise teaching,sorts out the connotation and structural elements of reflective ability in problem solving,and designs a teaching path to cultivate reflective ability in problem solving based on senior high school physics.According to this path,practical research was conducted in internship schools,and in practice,questionnaires were designed,counted,and analyzed from the three dimensions of problem-solving and reflective ability cultivation.Statistical analysis of students’ pre and post test scores using bar charts,and statistical analysis of questionnaire data using SPSS 22.0 to test the validity of the data.Finally,through the test of problem-solving reflective ability to test the improvement of students’ problem-solving reflective ability and problem-solving skills,and for the problems existing in teaching,targeted teaching suggestions for the cultivation of problem-solving reflective ability are proposed.The research shows that the training path proposed in this study has a positive effect on promoting the improvement of students’ problem-solving and reflective abilities.The main performance is that most students have a sense of reflection after solving problems,are more rigorous in reviewing problems,reflect on the process and conclusions of problem solving,and are able to draw inferences from one example.However,due to the incompleteness and maturity of this path,there are still some shortcomings and regrets in the research.In order to better apply the problem-solving and reflective ability training path to the teaching of high school physics exercises,this study also proposes relevant teaching suggestions for reference. |
