The Research On Supply Efficiency Of Fujian Farmer Education

Farmer education is one of main ways to invest in farmers.Its value and supply function manifests in which has helped to promote the development of farmer individual, to improve famers’quality and the countryside’s productivity and realize the sustainable development of countryside.To this end, Fujian province responds positively to national policy, has made a lot of plan and arrangement on farmer education from the aspect of farmers’quality, agricultural production and rural development; and has launched a series of farmer education project, such as green certificate, sunshine project, and project to promote degree for new farmer and so on. Large number of manpower, material resources and funds were thrown into these education projects. But under the condition of farmer education:the big and increase of demand quantity, the diversified need structure and so on, to realize the value and supply function of farmer education is actually related to the questions of efficiency. Base on this, researching the supply efficiency of farmer education has a certain theoretical value and realism meaning.This article selects research object farmer education of Fujian province, takes the logic that fist it defines the efficiency, analyze the efficiency and improve the efficiency as a clue, and form the perspective of the supply and demand, launches the study about the supply efficiency of Fujian farmer education.Through defining the supply efficiency on farmer education, the basic concept of this article is:efficiency is very an import standard to measure the behavior quality of farmer education supplies; the balance between supply and demand is the big supply efficiency of farmer education.Based on studying the balanced issues between supply and demand, this article launches the research about the supply efficiency of farmer education.The whole thesis is divided into seven chapters.The fist chapter is the introduction part. Clarify research background, meaning and method. Expound the current research. The second chapter is the theoretical analysis. Mainly include of core concepts, relevant theories. Give a brief introduction of research framework. The third and fourth chapter, which is the core of the whole thesis, is the analysis of supply efficiency and its influencing factors. On one side, through analyzing the supply and demand in Fujian province, the supply condition has improved than before, but the supply is still less than its demand. Generally speaking, the supply efficiency of farmer education is still low by the insufficient quantity and the imbalance structure. On the other side, from the macro-levels and the micro-levels, the supply and demand, this article comprehensively and profoundly summarizes factors affecting the efficiency of farmer education supply. Finally, to realize the supply efficiency on farmer education, it must strengthen the construction of farmer education supply capacity, achieve the balance between supply and demand for farmer education and improve the supervision and management of farmer education supply. At last, the sixth chapter goes further to establish the evaluation model for Fujian farmer education’s supply efficiency on the basis of the above-mentioned research.
