Empirical Study On Supply-demand Equilibrium Of Agricultural Entrepreneurship Training And The Analysis Of Policies Reason

Report in the18th CPC National Congress suggests that we should developVocational Education to improve the job structure and promote the upgrading ofindustrial structures. Globally， the financial crisis in2008had weakened globaleconomy and caused many unemployed peasant workers who come from the countrysideto return to the countryside. Though financial crisis had passed for some time， theinfluence cannot be eliminated in a short time. It seems urgent to develop the training oflabor force. The situation of agricultural and rural is undergoing profound changes.Firstly，Farmers’ Professional Cooperative as a new agricultural economic form has beendeveloped gradually. Secondly，Lie Fallow Agriculture is developing fast. Thirdly，landcirculation policy has been constantly improved.The analysis of policy for the Training of Agricultural Entrepreneurship in recentyears has been made. The results show that quickening the step of AgriculturalIndustrialization has become the key points of policy making. The numbers of policyissued by the Central Committee show the trend of growth. Though "The Project ofSunshine" has become the main platform of the Agricultural Entrepreneurship Training，the authority level of the Agricultural Entrepreneurship Training policy is still low. Thenumber of participants in policy formulation is overfull， which leads confusion andinefficiency. Based on forenamed background， the method of empirical analysis isapplied to the research， which based on Framework of Supply-Demand Equilibrium ofthe Agricultural Entrepreneurship Training， Wuhan is selected as the sample. Resultsshow that the supply and demand of the Agricultural Entrepreneurship Training isimbalance on the amount， quality and structure. Therefore， measures of establishingexpenditure security system， perfecting the content of training， establishing the qualitysecurity system， improving the service and management level of government， settingup the system of evaluation and prompting mechanism， strengthening the constructionof information system facilities are recommended to improve the Supply-DemandEquilibrium. In addition， trend of the research in Agricultural Entrepreneurship Training ispredicted. Some questions need further study， such as how to optimize the subjects ofimplementation and theirs function， how to coordinate the different forms of training，how to improve the policy of Agricultural Entrepreneurship Training and carry it out inpractice.
