Teachers’classroom-instructive ability and school-based training curricula have long been the hot research topics in the education domain. Although there are lots of achievements in those two fields, in terms of school-based training curricula, the trainees almost include all the teachers, and the researches on novice teachers are so few and those on cultivating the classroom-instructive ability of the novice teachers are even fewer; besides, there is a blank in systematic training curricula; in terms of classroom-instructive ability cultivation, the researches on the novice teachers in colleges or universities are many, while those in secondary schools are so few; the researches on the construction of instructive ability are many, while those on the necessary instructive ability for the development of the novice teachers, who are at a crucial turning point are very few; furthermore, the researches are only limited to the survey and analysis on the status quo and influential factors of the novice teachers’ ability in partial areas; in terms of the acquisition of teachers’classroom-instructive ability, various researches all point out that the main method is by training. Nevertheless, whichever training, the teachers are almost in a passive status. Their initiative in improving their own instructive ability is not fully developed. This research intends to make some efforts to implement the blanks.The research is based on literature review and the survey on the status quo of the novice teachers’classroom-instructive ability in Guangqumen Middle School. The necessary instructive ability is divided into three aspects, which include the abilities in pre-class instructional design, while-class instructional demonstration and post-class research and inflection. The ability in each aspect is also divided into several sub-abilities. This research comprehensively consists of training content, training curricula, training strategies and ensuring mechanism for the training.Hopefully, this research can not only be beneficial for the school-based teacher training curricula research of the same type of schools, but also provide materials for the theoretical generalization of the two aspects of "school-based training" and "secondary school novice teachers’ classroom-instructive ability"...
