The novice teachers are the fresh blood of the school,who have received systematic education for many years,and have profound education knowledge and professional knowledge foundation.They are an important force to the future development of the school.The development of novice teachers' professional ability not only determines the development of schools,but also affects the direction of basic education.As an important aspect of teachers' professional ability,classroom management ability affects the effectiveness of classroom teaching and the accomplishment of educational objectives.In order to achieve the teaching objectives more smoothly and reflect their competence,novice teachers must have strong classroom management ability.In this paper,we take the primary school novice teachers' substantial ability of classroom management as research content,through research methods such as questionnaire,interview and observation to explore the possibility of developing the actual classroom management ability of novice teachers.Through attribution analysis,we put forward a series of targeted optimization strategy.Through investigation,the author found that although the novice teachers in four primary schools in XX District of Hangzhou have excellent self-management ability,they still need to deepen their cognition of classroom management concept and realize the significant meaning of reflection;Although they are good at mental environment management,but seat arrangement management ability can be improved;While noting the value of routine formulation,there is insufficient reinforcement in routine implementation;Although they affirms students' proper behavior in time,it is hard for them to deal with students' problematic behavior.The causes of these problems mainly include: Primary school novice teachers do not have a comprehensive understanding of classroom management,do not pay enough attention to reflection ability,lack of effective coping strategies to student problematic behavior etc.The causes can be summarized into seven aspects,such as lack of long-term management mechanism,etc.After analyzing the existing problems and their causes,we then put forward a series of corresponding optimization strategy: to form correct ideas of classroom management,cultivating and generating reflection ability,enrich student problematic behavior strategy,improve the routine implementation mechanism,build a positive classroom environment,set reasonable classroom management goals and perfect classroom management ability training mechanism etc.
