Research On Management And Control Mode Of Enterprise Group

With the development of economic globalization, various types of resource flow faster and faster while becoming much more efficient under market economic system. Enterprise group, especially large group is gradually becoming the backbone of world economic because of efficient resource flow under the market economy. The groups’ effective operation not only decides enterprises’future but also affects the development of whole world economy. But Delong Company’s breakup, Barings’collapse and the Sanjiu group events have made us see core problem of groups under the cover of inner cavitation, capital chain shortage and risk control failure, which is group control problems. And it is becoming a new focus of theory and practice study.The governance mode is the general outline of enterprise groups. But there are only different control modes are divided in domestic and foreign study rihgtnow.No research about how to determine the control and management mode of one enterprise group. After careful study of home and abroad theory research and enterprise actual case, the author choose recognized three governance modes of enterprise groups, summary main effect factors to modes, and use AHP fuzzy integrated evaluation method to construct a decision model of enterprise groups governance modes. Finally verify this decision model with Xinhai Electric power company as an example. This paper is expected to make innovation in theory study and provides recommendations to enterprise specific operation.
