Research On Charging Market Service System For Electric Vehicles In Beijing

Electric vehicle (EV) industry is significant to ensure energy security, save e nergy and reduce pollution, promote the transformation of economic growth mod e. The key link of the electric car industry chain is car charging service system, with the rapid development of the electric car industry, it puts forward an urge nt requirement to speed up the construction of charging market service system, a t the other side, it also provide a rare historic opportunity for China’s dream to become a powerful country in auto industry.As the capital of China, Beijing is the country’s political and cultural center, it is also the financial and international communication center, and becomes one of the EV demonstration cities. The power battery of the electric cars and elect rical charging facilities situation are systematically analyzed in the thesis, kinds o f charging service systems suitable for different types of electric vehicles are exp ressed. Beijing electric car industry and the situation of service network are also analyzed.In this paper, taking coordinated development of social, economic and constr uction and "to satisfy the demands and proper scale, rational layout, construction plan" charging marketing service system for the target, electric vehicles possessi on and service facilities construction demand for Beijing during "the twelfth five-year plan" area predicted. The distribution principle and scheme of the charging market service system are described; the influence of charging market service sys tem on the grid is also assessed. The ideologies that developing both exchange a nd charging mode, battery exchange is as main mode is proposed. It is conclude d that the EV charging service network construction is helpful for safe and stabl e operation of the grid, which can guide EV scheduled charging in Beijing. The reasonable price of charging market service is calculated, which provide a foun dation for comprehensive, healthy and sustainable development of the charging m arketing service system.
