The Research On Management Model Of Construction Safety Standardization

With the development of economic, the scale of China’s construction business continued to expand, the construction industry have maintained high-speed development. However, China’s construction safety level are still very low, a lot of construction safety accidents happen every year, resulting in a large number of workers victims, and bringing adverse effects to the harmonious society. The happen of construction safety accidents, mainly due to the construction safety management system is not perfect and the backwardness of the level of project safety management, as well as safety measures have not effectively implemented. Therefore, it has great significance to establish the safety standardized management system for construction projects, preventing security incidents.The research object is the construction safety standardized management system in this paper. first, the definition and its development is introduced, and the concept of safety standardization is described, as well as its characteristics and the factors. On the basis of security standardization, combined with the concrete practice of the construction project safety management, describes the development of standardization of construction safety in China, and pointed out some problems and deficiencies of its current still exists.The third chapter describes the basic theory of the standardized management of construction safety, then built construction safety standardized management system, and given details in the organizational structure, on-site construction management, security, security information. The security standardization system is specifically used in security management work of the GangDong substation construction projects. And do a empirical research in this project, proved the scientific validity of this safety standard management system. Finally, AHP is used to do a performance evaluation for the safety standardization system through the evaluation of indicators, concluded that the use of this system in GangDong substation project is very effective.
