Research On The Integration Of Work Safety Standardization And Occupational Health And Safety Management System In J Company

Occupational Health and Safety Management System(OHSAS18001)is the most popular safety management system in the world.It has been implemented in our country for many years and many companies have passed OHSAS 18001 certification.However,safety standardization is a new safety management system vigorously promoted by our country in recent years and is implemented in some industries.Therefore,many companies now run two safety management systems at the same time.Both of these two management systems have their own characteristics and they also manage one thing at a time,resulting in some duplication of management and a decrease in efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate the two systems to improve efficiency and conserve resources.This paper mainly introduces the related theories of integrated management system,the risk management and the PDCA cycle theory.Then,through the current situation survey,it points out the problems existing in the two systems of J company at the same time,compares and analyzes the core elements of the two systems,points out the necessity and feasibility of the system integration,and finally establishes the integration of the occupational health and safety management system,the same similar elements,the individual factors alone,and the system based on the PDCA theory and the risk prevention and control as the focus of the system.Fit the pattern.Finally,the guarantee measures for the operation of the integrated system are elaborated from the aspects of leaders' attention and staff participation.
