In this paper, on the basis of theoretical research and enterprise actual operation,to the enterprise project management is studied from the perspective of standardization project management is indispensable to standardization,standardization is the important foundation of project management. Based on M company as the background, through the research of M company carried on the thorough research, and the main research results are as follows:First, the M company exist a lot of problems in project management. Main show is the concept of project management is weak, the system construction is not sound.Project management personnel quality is generally low. Lack the necessary on-site construction control as well as some specific details. Conclude that the root cause of this a series of problems mainly displays in: enterprise management system is not sound; engineering general contracting management position is not clear; enterprise human resource configuration is not reasonable; enterprise of the project cost accounting is unreasonable, unscientific; enterprise project management operation system is not perfect.Second, to establish a new system of standardization of project management. In the PMBOK theory basis, in order to guarantee HHTDQ project smoothly realize standardization management goal, according to the specific condition of project and combined with the construction engineering project management experience, firstly from the thought, organization, work principle, work in accordance with project needs to be established, economic aspects of the new project management standardization system; Secondly the eight basic module as the main framework of the company management standardization to promote and implement.Third, the entire HHTDQ project in strict accordance with the above system to complete the process. Adopt PDCA circulation pattern in stages, at the same time step of the way to control the process of project management standardization implementation, distinguish the different stages of different priority, to strengthen thecontrol of the implementation of standardized management system and strength.Repeatedly in the process of implementation in accordance with the PDCA cycle continues, set of pulmonary circulation, systemic, reciprocating, connect each other,promote each other, spiral, finally formed a complete cycle to ensure the smooth completion of the whole project.Fourth, according to the evaluation of Delphi method on the M company HHTDQ project management system mathematical modeling analysis, HHTDQ project management standardization process optimization gained significant effect,effect evaluation is good. Site protection unified specification, the visual image is good, recognized by the local administrative departments and the owner of the height,many times by the local government organizations to learn, blend step to expand the company's brand influence, has brought good social benefits.
