Research On Cost Management Of Project Construction In Wind Power Generation

Wind power generation is subject to the attention around the world because of its cleanliness, efficiency, pollution-free, short construction period and other advantages. However, for the time being, the cost of Chinese wind power generation is on the high side, which has become a major factor hindering the industry development of wind power generation in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to reduce unit cost of wind power generation especially the newly built projects in order to strengthen the market competitiveness of Chinese wind power generation industry, improve the energy structure and accelerate the development pace of relevant industry.The paper first demonstrates the development environment of enterprises in wind power generation under the background of reform in electrical power market, with the situation analysis of cost control in wind power generation enterprises both at home and abroad. On the basis of analysis of contemporary construction cost management of wind power generation, the paper explains the construction cost management in the relevant enterprises, introducing the cost components of electricity power enterprise, relevant theories of cost control, the principles, procedures, methods etc. in cost control, concluding that the project cost relates to the project itself, but also the management level. Aiming at the control problems and the factors affecting construction cost, the paper offers measures on how to control the cost in the construction process, making a concrete analysis combined with the practical work experience to find the key factors in cost control. Finally, the paper tries to provide some helpful advices and suggestions on cost control to realize the maximum of comprehensive profit of the project and improve the industry development of wind power generation.From the overall perspective of wind power and on the basis of combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the paper attempts to make a comprehensive consideration on how to control the construction cost of wind power generation enterprises, enhance the investment utilization rate in order to supply a theoretical basis for lowering the cost of wind power in the future, especially in the situation lacking the organized and perfect system of cost evaluation and control at present.
