Research On Cost Analysis Of Wind Power Generation Enterprises Based On Value Chain

In the renewable energy in China, in addition to hydroelectric power, the technology ofgenerating electricity using wind is the most mature and the most qualified forcommercial development scale. However, continuous high cost of wind power is a greatcause of the slow development and the lack of competitiveness in China’s wind powerindustry. Therefore,to strengthen cost control of the wind power enterprise and enhancethe competitiveness of wind power enterprise, have important realistic meaning forpromoting wind power industry development,improving energy structure and governingenvironment of our country. In view of the above situation and considering characteristicof wind power, the value chain theory is introduced into the cost control of wind powergeneration. At first, this paper introduces the theory of value chain and cost analysis indetail, including the meaning and basic methods of cost analysis, the meaning andclassification of value chain, the meaning of cost analysis based on value chain and Dualconcept of cost control. And then, the paper analyzes the cost constitution of wind powergeneration and the factors affecting the cost, and then, this paper uses learning curvemethod to predict the future cost of wind power, and from the angle of value chain, thispaper put forward the general process of cost analysis based on value chain and conduct adetailed analysis of wind power enterprise’s external value chain and internal value chainand then identified the cost drivers. On this basis, the paper builds an index system andevaluate the level of cost of wind power enterprise using the quantitative analysis methodcombining ahp and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. At last I put forward thecost control strategy for the external value chain and the internal value chain of windpower generation.Most of the current research on reducing the cost of winder power is from the angle ofindustrial policy and wind power equipment localization. This paper expands the range ofcost analysis of wind power from the perspective of the whole value chain, and it betterable to increase the level of control and minimize costs. At present, it has not formed amature cost control system of wind power enterprises at home and abroad, so it has thecertain reference significance to how to make wind power enterprises cost control.
