Empirical Study Of Development And Practice Of Under-forest Economy In Zhejiang Province

Under-forest economy is a new way of forestry production and economic phenomenon,and italso changed the pattern of growth of forestry which accords with the objective requirements of newrural construction. At present, the under-forest economy has become an important and new growthpoint of Zhejiang forestry economy.The under-forest economy is very significant to the forestrydevelopment in the future, which has a very considerable prospect.This paper on the basis of the survey of25counties in seven cities of Zhejiang province whichstated the concept and connotation of the under-forest economy in detail and also further elaboratesthe theoretical basis of under-forest economy.(1) Understanding the under-forest economy is the precondition to realize the development ofunder-forest economy, which has ecology, economics, sociology, and many other theoretical bases.Industries complementary, ecological advantages and application advantages is the performance ofthe connotation of.(2)The modes of under-forest economic are abound, mainly include forest planting, breedingand forest leisure model in Zhejiang. We concluded "a bamboo has three bamboo shoots" and otherkinds of typical forest economic mode.(3)We extracted the main techniques of every typical mode and detailed evaluated theunder-forest economy modes from multiaspects of economic effectiveness, ecological benefit andsocial benefit first time. Economic benefit is still the largest power on the development ofunder-forest economic. In the short term economic benefit is outstanding, and ecological benefit andsocial benefit in the long-term benefit are obvious.(4) Under-forest economic forest economy in Zhejiang exist in the development of resources toprotect, less investment, less technology content and low organizational level. So we should makeefforts in deepening resources protection measures, increasing investment and promoting thetechnology.
