Forestry Ecological Economy Developing Model Research Of Heilongjiang Forest Industry Region

Based on the world’s forestry development trend and the needs of China’s social and economic development, we should treat ecological construction as the primary task of the development of forestry in new century, which means we ought to develop sustainable forestry ecological economy which has comprehensive benefits including ecological, economic and social. Forestry ecological economy is the combination of forest ecological system and the forestry economy system. Research of the relationship between the forestry ecology and the forestry industries is key issues of the development of forestry ecological economy and sustainable development. As an important base of forestry economic development and ecological construction, Heilongjiang Forest Industry Region plays an important role in Heilongjiang province and even the national forestry ecological system. However, the one-sided pursuit of economic growth of traditional development mode has caused environmental damage and resource waste, Heilongjiang Forest Industry Region facing the dual problem of ecology and economic sustainable. Therefore, exploring the coordinated development of forestry ecology and industry has become an important means of developing forestry ecological economy. As a starting point, introduce the present situation and development of forestry ecological system, forestry industry system and the relationship between them, then evaluate the forestry ecological-industrial coordination degree of Heilongjiang Forest Industry Region using FE & I complex symbiotic system coordination degree model. On this basis, combining with the ecological strategy, starting from the industrial ecological orientation, put forward the "One base, Two directions" forestry ecological economic development pattern, in order to improve the forestry ecological-industrial coordination degree. Cultivating forest resources reasonably aiming at the shortage of resources, then introduce the development strategy specifically from the two directions of industrial symbiosis circulation and industrial ecological layout. This study combines the regional economic theory and industrial ecology theory, put forward specific development strategy based on the ecological-industrial coordination degree analysis of specific research area, not only helps to enrich the connotation of the theory and methodology of forestry ecological economy, but also can improve the utilization rate of forest resources and extend the industry chain, promote the formation of industrial clusters advantages and recycling model, which has an important guiding significance to solve the dilemma of resources and structural problems and realize the sustainable development.
