As a traditional technology for Marine and offshore application,Hydraulic product has been developed fully while the booming Chineseshipbuilding industry in last twenty years. All of hydraulic company,especially multinational company, became stronger and jointed into thecompetition of Chinese market. As a Top500, QA’s hydraulic has goodreputation; it’s the market leader global. QA Company fist built in China30years ago which the first branch office was build up in1978. QA hydraulichas almost all application in Chinese market, especially in the marine andoffshore market and made a great contribution market improvement. But QAis also facing some new marketing problems due to the competition andmarket change.Though investigation, try to find out the problem of QA, by analysis ofChinese marine and offshore market, clarify the outer opportunity&threat and inter strength and weakness against competitors. To make marketingstrategy in order to achieve the competition advantage according to thepresent resource and ability.This paper consists of five parts.Chapter1, discusses the background of QA company and study methodand frame.Chapter2, analyze the hydraulic market environment in marine andoffshore applications and clarify the outer opportunity and threat.Chapter3, analyzes the competition of hydraulic market in marine andoffshore applications, and clarifies the strength and weakness.Chapter4, analyzes the customer’s demand and purchasing behavior.Chapter5, makes market segment, choosing and position.Chapter6, base on the above analysis, makes a market strategy to achievecompetition advance.
