Research On Luggag Eenterprises’ Product Quality Control Based On Supply Chain Collabotation

China export-oriented luggage industry situation began to change after the outbreak of the financial crisis in2008, some luggage companies also began to be exposed. The quality problem is one of the important issues that luggage companies should be faced, more and more luggage companies to start thinking about the product quality control, and put forward some useful attempts in product quality control. With the formation of the supply chain management and supply chain competitive landscape, bags of product quality control range is no longer confined within the enterprise, began to extend to the upstream suppliers and downstream service providers. Product quality control for luggage companies, the paper argues that the best approach is to use collaborative supply chain quality control methods. With the help of collaborative supply chain theory, this paper take research of bags product quality control.On the basis of the relative theory, this paper constructed luggage enterprise product quality control model based on supply chain collaboration, and take analysis of the luggage companies product quality control content from the four aspects which including supplier quality control, quality control of the design process, quality control of the production process, quality control of sales process.First, this paper take analysis of luggage companies product quality formation process in the supply chain environment and problems in product quality management. Then, this paper constructed luggage enterprise product quality control model based on supply chain collaboration, and pointed out that the specific implementation ideas.Secondly, this paper take research of luggage companies product quality control system and refinement of measures for each process from four aspects.The four aspects including supplier quality control, quality control of the design process, quality control of the production process, quality control of sales processFinally, Using DEA method for economic evaluation about the luggage companies product quality control.Establishing input and output indicators for luggage companies product quality control, combined with the DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of luggage companies product control.And then,taking actual case, such as a real luggage company, to explain this evaluate method.
