With the improvement of people's living standards and the continuous occurrence of accidents caused by product quality problems,consumers are paying more and more attention to product quality and safety issues.In order to cope with the change of customer's consumption concept,the work of ensuring product quality and safety has gradually become an important strategic measure for the survival and operation of enterprises.The product traceability system of the global supply chain can monitor the process of product circulation in real time,reduce the possibility of product quality and safety accidents,and ensure the company's work on product traceability and handling accidents.It is an important method to improve and ensure the quality and safety of products.This paper takes the secondary supply chain as the research object,and first designs the operational structure of the product traceability system in the supply chain;Then,considering the information asymmetry in the process of supply chain operation,the article establishes the reverse selection model of suppliers under the cooperative alliance;Finally,the two-stage idea is introduced,and the product traceability system of the supply chain is divided into two stages to study: product quality and safety monitoring activities,and handling product quality and safety accidents.The article establishes a twostage product quality control mechanism based on the traceability system to improve product traceability and protect consumer rights.Firstly,based on the network informationization,the thesis describes the overall architecture,logic model and subsystem process of the supply chain product traceability system,and intuitively expresses the operation process and principle of the product traceability system.Then,the retailer's sales ability and system construction capability are used as evaluation indicators for the supply chain traceability system construction.Establish a supply chain cooperation contract and incentive mechanism,and build a manufacturer's reverse selection model to predict the retailer's true ability level,thereby reducing the impact of supply chain information asymmetry and ensuring the supply chain traceability system benefits.Then,according to the research ideas of pre-existing prevention and post-event control,a two-stage product quality control mechanism model is established.In the construction of the first-stage contract model,the manufacturer formulates a cooperation contract based on the retailer's ability level predicted by the reverse selection and recognition model.The initial benefit of the cooperation depends on the actual effort of the respective companies in the product traceability system.In the construction of the second-stage model,the manufacturer dynamically adjusts the firststage contract according to the real-life level of the retailer in the first stage,and then reestablishes the cooperative revenue-sharing contract to improve the efficiency of the supply chain traceability system.Finally,the paper also makes a numerical analysis of the supply chain traceability system model and the two-stage product quality control mechanism model,which proves the feasibility of constructing a global supply chain product traceability system.In addition,a supply chain coordination mechanism is proposed,and the economic benefits brought by the supply chain product traceability system are summarized.This paper is of great significance to the research of enterprise development and supply chain management.
