On The Project Portfolio Management Capability Of Beijing Tianrun Company

Enterprise project portfolio is put forward, which not only can better realizeenterprise strategy, and to be the most effective resources integration. The purpose of thisstudy is by using analytic hierarchy process (ahp), the Beijing tianrun enterprise projectportfolio management capability is analyzed. Which on the one hand, enrich the theory ofenterprise project portfolio evaluation, on the other hand, for the enterprise projectportfolio to planning ability. This paper uses AHP method to construct the project portfoliohierarchy model of Beijing Tianrun Company. According to the actual conditions of theproject portfolio management of Beijing Tianrun Company, the paper designs a key indexof project portfolio management ability of Beijing Tianrun Company. Through using thehierarchy analysis method to analyze the key indicators, the paper establishes the weightsof each index, and takes it as the basis to evaluate the project portfolio ability. Finally, theability of three groups of project portfolio of Beijing Tianrun Company is evaluated, alsosorted according to the weight of the size, and the results show that the highest seniorcommunity project portfolio has the maximum capacity among the series of projectportfolio of Beijing Tianrun Company.This paper analizes the weights of the key indicators of the project portfoliomanagement of Beijing Tianrun Company, and the evaluation results show, in the firstgrade index, the effect of the management and control is relatively large in the process ofproject implementation, the weight of engineering technology is31.3%,The weight ofquality control is24.5%, the weight of material management is20.6%, the Weight ofsafety control is14.6%, and the weight of the human resources management is only9%.In the two grade evaluation index, bidding management which in the index of engineeringtechnology has the largest weight and project members which in the index of humanresources management share the weight minimum.The evaluation results show, Beijing Tianrun company has advanced highest capacityin the Senior residential project portfolio，the second performance In the commercial streetproject portfolio, the lowest performance in the teaching building project portfolio.
