Development Process Analysis And Improvement Of YP Company

With the development of internet industry, product quality and product launch cycle hasbecome the focused point for public. As the third-party payment company, YP is facing aproblem of unable to pay in time or surpass project budget. Additionally, handed products couldnot always satisfy the problem of customers’ changing needs. Therefore, it requires effectiveprocess management to enhance organization development efficiency, increase product quality,decrease cost and avoid risks.Capability Maturity Model Integration,(CMMI）as a currently popular development processimprovement concept, integrates the concept of total quality control and provides basis andstandard for software enterprise process improvement. According to CMMI research concept,this paper analyses current development process management of YP company based on theframework of CMMI and key elements. Accordingly, through research and analysis, this paperdescribes how YP company actualize CMMI concept, framework and key elements to structureeffective product development process improvement plan, which this paper hopes could providean example and help for other enterprises.
