Research On Enterprise A' Software Development Processmanagement Improvement Based On CCMMI

Software industry has been booming in this information age while China,a green hand in this zone,also strengthens itself to a higher standard in the international competition.In order to advance the competitor and stand out in this software battle,much attention is supposed to be paid to the sustainable development of software industry and international standard for the software products.Company A is specialized for products related to communicate network,a high-tech complex devoted to research,development and production while internet big data collection and analysis are also concluded in its business scope.With more wide business range and growing market size,the existing management has been unable to meet market requirements in the software development process.CMMI has grown to become the most practical and popular standards for software production process evaluation.It is admitted that CMMI has made difference in terms of correction and guidance for the management for production process so that decision makers,basing on the ISO9001 standards,are hoping to introduce the CMMI model on the ISSO ground to apply to the production process to improve the management.This thesis has introduced the background of A company's management for production process under the CMMI model and discussed the relevant theories at the same time.The author make an analysis of the management situation in A company with utilizing pare to chart and fishbone map to reveal and make analysis of the deeper reason for those problems.With four elementary process demand development,measurement analysis,technical solutions,project monitoring in CMMI for the process management improvement,the author put up the modified management methods and the guiding flow chart to help the enterprise for the improvement in the rapid development ending in enhancing the ability for researching and quality control.At present,increasing numbers of companies are facing the fact that they need to introduce CMMI model on the basis of the long time used ISO9001 standards to confront the challenge of the competitiveness increment.This research integrated the ISO9001 and CMMI to work out the improvement methods for the main process with a certain degree of relevance and utilize the electronic information system as a means of management aiming to make a guiding significance for the management improvement.
