The Research On The Impact Of Capital Deepening To Industrial Structure Of Heilongjiang Provinec

The nature of capital deepening is the process of increasing the amount of capital per-person, from the previous economic development experience of the developed countries, that tell us the capital deepening is benefit to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. But the Chinese statistics shows the opposite result. In China, the marginal revenue of the industrial structure that shows a downward trend. Since our country put forward to revive the northeast of china old industrial base, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure have become the northeast area’s primary goal in economic development. In the developing process, Heilongjiang province makes full use of its advantages and combines with the related policies which has been formulated by the state, to actively adjust and optimize the industrial structure’s developing direction.This thesis first learned and learned from capital deepening and industrial structure for the scholars’past research result, and the to analysis the capital deepening how to influence the changes industrial structure. According to input-output analysis theory, studied the influence mechanism between capital deepening and industrial structure. In the method, using the Granger Causality Test, which to test whether there is a causal relationship between the capital deepening and the industrial structure, and then using multiple regression equation, which to test the degree of the influence among capital deepening, technological progress, economic growth and the industrial structure. Through to analysis the empirical results between capital deepening and the industrial structure of Heilongjiang province, found that capital deepening is the reason,which causes the industrial structure changing. To the development of industrial structure, capital deepening present a negative inhibitory effect. Finally, according to the results, and connecting with the country and heilongjiang province’s "the12th Five-Year planning", putting forward reasonable proposals and countermeasures for the industrial structure’s future development.
