Along with the emerging of online recruitment in1997, internet development and job fairsprosperity, China’s recruitment website welcomes a new expanding period. At the same timewith the prosperous development of China’s online recruitment, the HR management onsalesman seems especially significant. Based on the predecessor’s theory and research, thispaper takes the salesman HR management of J Online Recruitment Company as the subject,concludes the successful experience and proposes improvement suggestions by using the caseresearch method. It builds the base for the company’s continuous development and supplieseffective resources on salesman HR management activities for other online recruitmentcompanies or online sales companies.The paper makes analysis following the logic process of “case description—caseanalysis—case inspiration”. Firstly, it presents the survey in the introduction part, including thesubject background and its significance, the research idea and method, the main content andstructure etc. Secondly, on the base of offline recruitment and online recruitment style, and thecurrent theory of salesman HR management, the paper emphasizes the research findings on thecurrent salesman HR management. The paper does a serial of analysis on the J OnlineRecruitment Company, and puts forward some specific problems. Finally, it proposes theimprovement plan regarding the conclusion analysis, which improves the HR managementstrategy and states some problems that should be paid attention in the process of implement.Lastly, it is the conclusion of the paper. It sums up the analysis conclusion and strategyconclusion, and illustrates the insufficiency and limit of the paper, the follow-up research andprospect.
